Details:

1. Eligibility: Participants must hold a valid HKID card and be between the ages of 10 and 25. For wisdom teeth consultation, participants must be aged between 16 and 25.

2. Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

3. Limited Availability: This promotion is applicable only to specific time slots, with a limited quota offered on a first-registered, first-served basis.

4. OPG X-ray Offer: Participants have the option to obtain the OPG X-ray at the original fee of $400. To avail this offer, participants must request the X-ray immediately after the consultation.

5. 3D CT Scan Offer: Participants can receive a free 3D CT scan (limited to wisdom tooth check). If needed, a 3D CT scan CD can be obtained at the original fee of $1,500.

6. Treatment Discount: Participants who decide to undergo treatment with us during the promotion period can enjoy a special discount ($500 for wisdom tooth surgery and $1,000 for orthodontic treatment.) A deposit is required on the day of the consultation.

7. All other examinations (e.g. caries, periodontal…) are not included in this promotion.

8. Our clinic reserves the right to terminate or change the details of this promotion at anytime.
